Aortoenteric fistula (AEF) is defined as a communication between the aorta and gastrointestinal (GI) tract. We report the case of an 84-year-old man presenting with a two-day history of epigastric and back pain. The patient was diagnosed with AAA complicated with primary aortoduodenalfistula.
